Sennheiser Digital 6000 Wireless opens up new leeway and sets new standards. The system has intermodulation-free operation with an equidistant frequency grid, allowing reliable incorporation of transmission paths even in overcrowded or very narrow frequency ranges.
Wireless technology for the next generation. And for professionals who have less and less leeway.
The legendary long-range mode (LR mode) guarantees unrivalled quality. The new Link Density mode (LD mode) doubles the number of possible channels. The range’s own transmitters are designed for any application on stages or in the field of broadcasting. There is a choice of the bodypack SK 6000, the mini-bodypack SK 6212 and the handheld transmitter SKM 6000. Over and above this, the series is compatible with the Digital 9000 series and the camera receiver EK 6042 (LR mode only).
More performance. Even more channels.
For any stage size and every production: the intermodulation-free HF technology from Digital 6000 guarantees, even in very narrow frequency ranges, additional channels which can be relied upon. The new Link Density mode doubles the possibilities. 5 channels in 1 MHz bandwidth offer lots of leeway. Not theoretically, on paper, but in real life on the stage. Where there is sweat, moving about, and in the most demanding of HF scenarios.
Small transmitter, big performance.
In combination with the ultralight SK 6212 bodypack the Digital 6000 series will make a big difference to any production. At just 112 grams, the mini bodypack delivers 12 hours of operation time despite its tiny size. Due to its very compact nature, the SK6212 is the new reference for dynamic stage performances and production situations requiring the most discrete transmission technology.
And the audio quality?
The Digital 6000 system delivers an audibly better sound quality and wider dynamic range even in the most challenging RF scenarios, working with our proprietary Sennheiser Digital Audio Codec (SeDAC) ensures the highest quality sound whatever the environment.
This mini bodypack complements the Digital 6000 family, the benchmark for challenging digital transmission technology in modern audio productions.
Developed and designed hand in hand with key customers around the globe, the all-new entirely digital SK 6212 meets the highest requirements and so much more.
For performers, stylists and directors, the SK 6212 is neither heavy nor conspicuous. It is as small as a matchbox and conveniently lightweight, has no sharp edges or corners and is discreet and easy to conceal.
Furthermore, engineers appreciate exchangeable batteries and antennas, as well as direct operability and a dependable transmission.
The SK 6212 operates intermodulation-free and utilizes an equidistant frequency grid that enables more efficient use of the constantly shrinking available frequency spectrum.
And even when things are taking a bit longer, don’t worry… the 6212’s operating time lasts unbelievable 12 hours.
The SK 6212 combines high expectations with the smallest possible design. It encapsulates hundreds of stories which we have heard from professionals in the world of theatres and music venues, large or small. Developed for today’s shows and equipped for the challenges of the future.

The handheld transmitter SKM 6000 is intermodulation-free, which allows operation in an equidistant frequency grid. The transmission concept thereby permits maximum spectral efficiency even in the toughest frequency ranges. In short: more channels, maximum transmission performance at all times and hence outstanding signal stability. The legendary Sennheiser Digital Audio Codec (SeDAC) guarantees clear, artefact-free sound and optimum dynamics. In Link Density mode up to 5 links per 1 MHz bandwidth are possible.
The SKM 6000 is compatible with Sennheiser and Neumann capsule heads and hence perfectly prepared for any stage, voice and requirement (evolution wireless, 2000, Digital 9000, Neumann KK 204 and KK 205).
The special magnesium housing offers the perfect balance between low weight and live-compatible robustness. The lithium-ion battery pack BA 60 ensures up to 5.5 hours of operation; there is also the option of operation with batteries using the battery set B 60. The transmitter is also compatible with the EK 6042 and the EM 9046 in Long Range mode.
Three frequency variations (470-558 MHz, 550-638 MHz, 630-718 MHz)
Sennheiser standard capsule interface, compatible with microphone heads from evolution wireless G3, 2000, Digital 9000, Neumann KK 204 and KK 205 series
Highly effective intermodulation protection
AES 256 encryption and Digital 9000 encryption
Compatible with EK 6042 and EM 9046 in Long Range mode
Li-ion battery packs with 5.5 hours run time
Magnesium housing
Higher channel density with maximum signal reliability at the same time: Digital 6000 is intermodulation-free and assures through its equidistant frequency grid excellent spectral efficiency and the simplest frequency configuration– even in the toughest frequency environments where other systems already fail. Error correction and audio error masking recognize and fix problems long before they even become audible. When it comes to setup and the user interface, the EM 6000 stands out for clarity, relevance and short pathways.
Digital 6000 can be seamlessly integrated into existing digital or analog infrastructures. The EM 6000 receiver has a digital AES-3 output with word clock inputs and outputs, high-quality transformer-balanced analog XLR and 6.3 mm jack outputs as well as a 6.3 mm headphone output. The Dante™ version with an Audinate Brooklyn ll card additionally offers two Amphenol RJ-45 connectors for integrating the receiver into a Dante™ network, for redundant networks or daisy chain cabling.
Whether we’re talking about reducing information down to the really meaningful key values or smart menus on a high-contrast OLED display, every operating element is a result of practical experience and designed for practical use. All the vital parameters are summarized in one view. Important functions can be reached directly via home screens without long navigation paths. The auto-setup enables scanning and frequency distribution to all connected devices directly via the receiver; naturally Digital 6000 can also be monitored and configured via the Wireless System Manager (WSM). The EM 6000 is compatible with UHF Sennheiser antenna systems.
