Orders that are placed Monday to Friday by 14:00 GMT and where the goods are in stock will be dispatched the same day, orders placed after 14:00 GMT and on Saturday or Sunday will be processed and shipped on the next working day unless previously discussed.

Yes, you can collect your order! Our stock is held in various warehouses across the country so make sure it’s at the right one when discussing your order with your AC-ET contact.

We offer various timed delivery slots with different couriers, depending on the shipping address and weight of the order. Your AC-ET contact can advise on costs when discussing your order.

Yes. As long as it’s not left the building, we can amend your order.

We usually use APC or TNT for deliveries but can offer faster shipments if required. Depending on where your order is going, the normal delivery time for mainland UK is 1-2 days. Deliveries to Scotland can take longer. We endeavour to ensure that goods are shipped as described above but once the goods have left our warehouse, they are in the hands of the carrier. Speak to your AC-ET contact for tracking details on your order.
